I got the dice game Tenzies in my Christmas stocking this year and couldn’t help but buy Watch Ya’ Mouth (the mouthpiece game) after watching all the hilarious videos on Facebook. Therefore, my family has been very into game night lately.
On Saturday my mom made pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, and homemade french fries – YUM. And then we got into the competition of the games. The players were my mom, dad, Dale, his friend Heidi, Marty, and me. We’ve played Tenzies, Pieface Showdown, Watch Ya’ Mouth, Scategories, and Name Five in the last few weeks. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard as I did when playing Watch Ya’ Mouth – the most entertaining game ever. Marty and I dominated, my brother and Heidi placed second, and my parents were the losers … by a lot!
I’ve come to realize I’m a competitive board game player. Next game night we’re playing Taboo and Five Second Rule! If you have any game recommendations please let me know!
